Do you offer internal pelvic floor work?My practice currently specializes in external pelvic floor techniques, using gentle hands-on methods to: Relieve pelvic pain Improve muscle function Support whole-body balance While I’m trained in internal techniques, Michigan licensing laws currently restrict this work to certain healthcare providers. I’m actively advocating to expand access for licensed massage therapists with pelvic health specialization. Many clients achieve significant relief through external methods alone! If internal therapy becomes necessary, I’ll gladly refer you to trusted specialists.
-
Can I see you while working with other providers?Absolutely! My work is designed to complement the care you may already be receiving. Many people arrive feeling exactly as you do, especially when dealing with pain, past trauma, or frustration with their body. Wherever you’re starting from is exactly where we’ll begin. This is your space to: Feel safe as you reconnect Explore at your own pace Rediscover what empowerment feels like in your body Rebuilding trust with your body is a process, and it happens step by step. You’re never “behind” — every session is an opportunity to reconnect, heal, and discover a new relationship with your body in a way that feels truly your own.
-
Can I bring a support person to my session?Yes, you’re always welcome to have a trusted support person join you, whether for comfort, education, or simply to share in your experience. This could be a partner, family member, or close friend. Please let me know in advance so we can prepare the space appropriately, discuss any preferences, and review confidentiality guidelines. Your comfort and sense of safety remain the top priority.

Can I bring children to my session?Your healing time is important. While I love children, my clinic isn't designed for their safety during sessions. Infants under 6 months may attend if they can remain calm in a carrier. Please let me know in advance so I can prepare the space properly. This policy ensures you receive focused care while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for all.
Our Policies
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your complete health history helps me provide the best care possible. Please complete your confidential intake form before your first session and update it whenever you experience significant health changes such as a recent surgery or major health event. All information remains strictly confidential unless you authorize sharing or legal requirements apply. I may coordinate with your healthcare team (with your permission) to support your wellness journey.
Safety & Consent
All sessions require informed consent, which you may modify at any time. External pelvic work, myofascial release, visceral techniques, and movement education are offered with clear communication and respect for your boundaries. Pressure, techniques, and goals are tailored to your comfort level. You’re always in control—feel empowered to pause, adjust, or stop anytime during your session.
Scheduling
Appointments are available Monday through Friday by request. Discovery Sessions require 24-hour advance booking to ensure proper preparation time. When you book, you’ll receive immediate email confirmation. The time you book reflects the total duration of your session, which includes hands-on treatment and time for intake, assessment, and progress tracking. We reserve a minimum of 5 minutes for intake to ensure we’re addressing your unique needs and measuring your progress, but we always strive to maximize your hands-on time.
Cancellation Policy
Your session is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For Discovery Sessions, late cancellations incur full payment; for plan packages, the session will be forfeited.
We completely understand that unexpected situations arise. For emergencies, illnesses, or unsafe weather conditions, please contact us immediately. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We’ll always handle special situations with care and understanding.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a calm transition into your session. For late arrivals, we’ll provide whatever treatment time remains while applying the full session charge. We’ll do our best to accommodate you if time permits.
Attire Requirements
For your comfort and the effectiveness of your session, please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement - similar to what you might wear for yoga or light exercise. Ideal options include leggings or athletic pants, shorts with compression layers underneath (recommended for all genders), and fitted tops that allow access to areas we may need to assess.
Those who typically wear bras may find a supportive sports bra most comfortable for sessions involving rib cage or postural work. Rest assured, professional draping with sheets and blankets will always be used during any hands-on work to maintain your privacy and comfort. Your ability to move freely and feel at ease is our priority.
If you have any concerns about appropriate attire or specific needs regarding clothing, please don't hesitate to ask. We're happy to discuss what will work best for you and your treatment goals.

Scope of Practice
As a licensed massage therapist specializing in pelvic health and integrative bodywork, I provide therapeutic support, not medical diagnosis or treatment. My work complements but does not replace care from physicians, physical therapists, or other healthcare providers.
Gratuity
While tipping is never expected, it's always appreciated. My rates reflect the value of the specialized treatments I provide and your generosity, whether through a tip, spreading the word, or leaving a review, means the world to me. The greatest compliments are your referrals and honest reviews which help me continue to serve more people on their journey to healing and connection. Thank you for your support!
