Cancellation Policy
Your session is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For Discovery Sessions, late cancellations incur full payment; for plan packages, the session will be forfeited. We completely understand that unexpected situations arise. For emergencies, illnesses, or unsafe weather conditions, please contact us immediately. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We’ll always handle special situations with care and understanding.
